Abstract

This research aims to describe the effects of feedback on Yemeni public sector employees' performance. The purpose of the literature review is to clarify and emphasize how feedback affects employee performance. To determine the results, an empirical study was carried out and information was gathered by questionnaires. The study's conclusion recommended setting up and implementing more efficient feedback to provide the outcomes in a more progressive form. This conceptual study has limitations because it only addresses a few facets of feedback. The study's further implications ought to draw attention to a few more elements that could improve the outcome. Feedback can raise the performance level of all kinds of organizations, and by distributing the implications of these, team processes can be made better, which will influence employee performance more effectively.
