Abstract
The increasing use of encrypted messaging platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp, and Instagram has facilitated illegal activities, including drug trafficking. This paper explores a blockchain-based approach to enhance law enforcement capabilities in identifying and tracking individuals engaged in such activities. The system integrates blockchain analytics, AI-driven behavior analysis, and cybersecurity tools to trace cryptocurrency transactions, monitor suspicious content, and provide a tamper-proof evidence management system. The proposed solution ensures privacy compliance while enhancing investigation capabilities.
