Abstract
The current era of globalization, competition between companies to reach consumers is very tight. Therefore, many companies are starting to think about effective strategies that can attract consumers to buy their products. Identifying the analysis of technical characteristics of needs and design proposals in problems in increasing sales of dimsum products. Especially in packaging using the Cronbach alpha method, and House of Quality and Quality Function Deployment based on the characteristics of quality dimensions with a level of importance such as the type of material used 500 grams, and 800 grams in plastic polyvinyl chloride and low density polyethylene are heat resistant with dimensions of length, width, and height (190x91x61 Millimeters) in innovation in the cover section in keeping food clean, hygienic, and free from dirt or dust. The purpose of this study is to identify the need for the use of dimsum packaging products desired by customers, Analyze the characteristics of consumer needs regarding dimsum packaging products based on customer desires.
