Abstract
This project focuses on the fabrication and thermal analysis of an accumulator casing for an EV go-kart to enhance heat dissipation, strength, and durability. The casing is designed to be lightweight and compact while protecting the battery pack. Fabrication includes cutting, welding, and powder coating for precision and corrosion resistance. Thermal analysis using ANSYS helps identify hotspots and optimize design for safe battery temperatures. The project aims to support safer, more efficient, and sustainable EV go-kart designs.
