Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to assess the knowledge of Maxillary Impacted Canine among BDS undergraduates.  Materials and Methods: The participants included 200 BDS graduates. The participants Knowledge regarding Impacted Maxillary Canine were recorded using a specially designed Questionnaire with 19 questions.  Results: The results were interpreted in pie chart, in which they were aware of Impacted Maxillary Canine and various procedures involved in managing the impacted canine.  Conclusion: The knowledge, awareness on management of impacted maxillary canine teeth among undergraduate students is necessary for patient management and efficient treatment.
